Photography Workflow & Pipeline Software
Workflow software shows every active client on a visual board, moving from booked to delivered, with contract and payment stages ticking themselves off automatically.
A workflow board answers one question at a glance: where is every current client, right now? Without one, that answer lives in your memory, or in a scroll through old emails.
What a good workflow board tracks
- Stages grouped into phases — booked, in progress, complete — so status is obvious at a glance.
- Automatic ticks: a signed contract or a paid deposit moves the stage without you touching it.
- Templates by shoot type, since a wedding pipeline looks nothing like a headshot pipeline.
lemon.gallery's workflow board
Each project sits on a board with stages grouped into three phases: Booked and Processing, then Completion. Signing a contract, paying a deposit, or completing a final payment ticks the matching stage automatically — no manual box-checking. You choose a starting template (Portrait, Wedding, Event, Commercial, Newborn, or a blank 10-stage flow) and can rename or add stages afterwards.
Frequently asked questions
Do stages tick themselves automatically?
Yes for the events the platform can see — a signed contract, a paid deposit and a completed final payment all tick their matching stage without manual input.
Can I make my own workflow instead of using a template?
Yes — start from a template and edit freely, or start from a blank 10-stage flow and build your own.
Can a project exist without being on any workflow?
Yes — a project doesn't need a workflow attached; you can add one later from the board.
