No signal at a venue? What the desktop app can and can't do
Lemon Link needs a connection to show your bookings, the same as the browser. What that means on a shoot day at a venue with poor signal, and where the app helps.
Poor or no signal is common at venues, especially rural wedding locations, historic buildings, basements and marquees. Lemon Link won't help you read a booking there: it loads your live studio, so it needs a connection, the same as the browser.
Why this happens so often
Wedding and event venues are frequently chosen for their character, not their mobile coverage: old stone buildings, remote countryside locations and converted barns are all common culprits for poor signal.
What the desktop app doesn't do
It doesn't keep a copy of your bookings, contacts or orders on your computer, so with no signal the window can't show them.
