How a paid print order routes automatically to a fulfilment lab, ships to the client, and what happens if it fails.

Once a print order is paid, the file and the client's checkout address are sent to Prodigi automatically — no manual download-and-reupload step, and no separate lab account to manage order by order.

If a Prodigi order fails to submit for any reason, you're emailed immediately rather than finding out when a client asks where their prints are, and the order is flagged for manual fulfilment as a backup.
