Who we are

chevrota.in decides how your details are used.

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number, the details of your booking or event, your messages and form answers, the photos and videos we take, and a record of your payments.

Why

To provide what you book and to answer your enquiries (our contract with you, or getting ready for one).

To keep our accounts (a legal obligation).

To send you news or offers, only if you agree, and you can stop them at any time.

Who handles it for us

lemon.gallery, which runs our bookings, forms, galleries and client records.

lemon.gallery's email service (Resend), which sends our emails.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to provide our service, and for as long as the law requires for our accounts (six years in the UK).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to limit or object to how we use them, or to have a copy to take elsewhere.

To do any of these, reply to any email from us.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
