The reminders send themselves
You stop finishing the week with a list of people you meant to chase. Gallery viewed and nothing ordered, invoice still unpaid, shoot tomorrow — the message goes out in your words, from your address, while you are still on a job.
The follow-up you meant to send, sent
Gallery viewed, invoice unpaid, shoot tomorrow, gallery about to expire. The reminder goes out without you remembering to write it, in your own words, from your own address.
- Trigger sequences fired by real events in the CRM
- Lists, drip campaigns and one-off broadcasts
- Email plus SMS on the plans that include a number
- Everything lands back in one unified inbox with the client thread
three follow-ups you did not have to remember
The reminders that care themselves
Fired by real events
Enquiry, booking, signature, payment, gallery opened or downloaded — the trigger is the fact, not your memory.
The nudge you meant to send
A gallery viewed many times with no order prompts its own gentle 'how's the selection?' follow-up.
In your words
Sends from your address in wording you set — or let an AI step draft it in your studio's voice.
Replies stay together
The reminder and the client's answer sit in the same thread in one inbox — no app-switching to reconnect them.
Set it once, it fires forever
Pick the events
Choose which triggers matter — a signed contract, an overdue invoice, a delivered gallery, a busy month.
Write it in your voice
Edit a template or drop in an AI step so the message reads like you at your best, not a bot.
It fires on the fact
The moment the event happens, the right message goes out — at the moment it matters, not whenever you remember.
Replies land in the thread
Their answer returns to one unified inbox attached to their record, so nothing gets lost between apps.
The moments a well-timed nudge saves
The quiet gallery
Viewed twelve times, ordered nothing → a gentle push toward favourites and the offer that closes it.
The unpaid invoice
Overdue by your terms → a courteous nudge from your address, on a schedule that never forgets.
Shoot-day reminders
Prep guide, location and timings the day before — no-show rates drop, and it costs you nothing.
Post-delivery warmth
A thank-you and a review ask lands just after delivery, when goodwill is highest.

Questions, answered honestly
Just what the product actually does today.
Won't an automated reminder sound like a robot wrote it?
It sends from your address, in wording you set, so it reads like the message you would have typed at 11pm. Every template is editable, and if you would rather not write it at all you can drop an AI step in and have it drafted in the voice of your studio, using what the CRM already knows about that client. Nothing goes out in a house style you did not choose.
What sets a reminder off?
Real events in the CRM rather than a calendar you have to keep up to date — an enquiry arriving, a booking confirmed, a contract signed, an invoice paid, a gallery delivered or downloaded. So a gallery that has been viewed a dozen times with nothing ordered can prompt its own follow-up. You pick which events matter and what goes out.
Where do the replies land?
In one unified inbox, attached to that client's thread, so the reminder and their answer sit next to each other rather than in two different apps. You are not switching between an email client and the CRM to work out what was already said.
Which plan do I need, and can it text as well as email?
On Free, the only automatic email is the day-before reminder a client gets for a booking. Email marketing starts on Solo: lists, drips and one-off campaigns, up to 100 emails a month. Automations, the trigger sequences that send confirmations, reminders and follow-ups for you, start on Pro, or with the Marketing add-on on any plan. Texts go out if you connect your own Twilio account, and texts from a lemon.gallery number are coming soon. Instagram DMs are in build and not something to plan around yet.
