how it works

Money in, minus the mental load

Build it from the project

The client, dates and prices are already there — the invoice forms itself rather than you retyping it.

Choose the schedule

Deposit now, balance on delivery; a split plan; a recurring retainer — each set once, then it runs.

They pay by card

The branded invoice opens, a client taps pay, and the money lands in your connected Stripe account.

Overdue chases itself

If it's still open after your terms, the nudge goes out automatically — no shame, no forgetting.

the honest comparison

Invoices that know the rest of the job

A standalone invoicing app issues the invoice and stops there. It doesn't know the contract was signed or the gallery delivered.

Getting paid, however you work

wedding

Deposit + balance weddings

£450 now to hold the date, the rest on delivery — scheduled up front, collected without a reminder on your side.

plans

Split payment plans

Families spread a session over three months — the third instalment lands by itself, nobody has to ask.

retainer

Retainers that recur

Monthly commercial retainers invoice and collect themselves, so the retainer pays for its own admin.

tips

A tip that changes the profit

An optional gratuity on delivery invoices — most clients who give one do it because it took one tap.

Questions, answered honestly

Just what the product actually does today.

How do invoices get paid?

A branded invoice is paid by card through Stripe, so the money lands in your own Stripe account. You also get deposit/split schedules, optional tips and recurring invoices for retainers.

What happens if someone doesn't pay?

Overdue invoices get automatic nudges, so chasing stops being a thing you have to remember to do. You can add VAT where relevant, and everything lives against the project.

Why not a separate invoicing app?

Because the invoice is tied to the client and the project it's for — the same place your contract and gallery live. One record instead of a pile of PDFs to retype.
