The paperwork signs itself off
Pick a template, send it, and they sign on their phone before they've put the kettle on. It files itself against the project, and you stop chasing PDFs around your inbox.
A signed, filed contract in under a minute
Pick a template
Eleven built-in photography contracts, or your own wording — clients merge in by name, date and price automatically.
Send from the project
The contract goes out with a link; no attachment round-trips, no version confusion over which PDF is current.
They sign on their phone
Type or draw under a clear intent to be bound. Name, email, timestamp and IP are captured against that exact document.
It files itself and triggers the next step
The signed copy lands on the project and in the client hub — and can fire the deposit invoice or prep guide.
Send it. They sign it. Both of you keep a copy.
Eleven contract templates ready to go, drawn e-signatures, and a signed copy filed against the project the second it is done. No printer, no scanner, no PDF ping pong on a Sunday night.
- 11 templates covering weddings, portraits, commercial and model releases
- Clients sign on a phone, in the browser, with a finger
- Signed copy lands in the client portal and your project record automatically
- Chase reminders go out on their own if it stays unsigned
Why not just DocuSign?
A standalone signer is fine for one document. It doesn't know who the client is, what they've booked or which flow they're inside.
| How it stacks up | Dropbox Sign — the usual way | lemon.gallery |
|---|---|---|
| Filled from your CRM | Type the fields by hand | Client details merge in automatically |
| Filed against the job | A PDF in your inbox to sort | Auto-attached to the project & client hub |
| Signature as a trigger | No idea what follows | Fires the invoice or prep guide |
| Unsigned follow-up | Manual chasing | A flow waits, then chases by email & text |
Every agreement, one way to sign
The wedding contract
Full agreement signed weeks out, deposit invoice triggered the second it lands — the date is paper-locked.
Mini-session terms
A short lightweight agreement, signed in seconds before payment — no friction on a small booking.
Model & property releases
Signed in person via a QR code on the day, so the release is on file before the frame is even shot.
Your own wording
Paste your solicitor's contract in and it signs and files the same way — the templates never hold you back.

Questions, answered honestly
Just what the product actually does today.
Is an e-signature from a phone actually binding?
Yes. Under the UK Electronic Communications Act 2000 and eIDAS, a signature typed or drawn with clear intent to be bound is as enforceable as ink. Every signature is stored with the signer's name, email, timestamp and IP address against the document version they saw.
Can I use my own contract instead of your templates?
Yes. The 11 templates are a starting point, not a constraint — paste your own wording in and it works exactly the same way. Your solicitor's contract with our variables in it is a common setup.
What happens once they sign?
The signed copy files itself against the project and appears in the client's hub. If you have a flow set up, that signature is a trigger too — so the deposit invoice or the prep guide can go out the same minute.
What if they never sign?
Set a flow that waits a few days and chases by email, then by text if it's still unsigned. You build it once and it runs for every contract after that.
